Saigaclub Personal Information Access Policy
1. User/Customer personal data are processed according applicable legislation.
2. During registration at Site User provides next personal information: Last name, First name, Middle name (if any), contact phone number, email address, delivery address.
3. By providing personal information to the Supplier, Site User/Customer agrees with processing of this data by Supplier, including actions to fulfill its liabilities to Customer covered by this Public Offer, to promote Supplier’s products and service, to online and SMS enquiries, marketing activity control, giveaways and awards for Site Guests/Users/Customers, Site Guests/Users/Customers satisfaction and service quality queries.
4. By personal data processing it meant any activity (action) or cumulative action performed under personal data by automatic means or without, including collection, record, filing, accumulation, storage, clarification (including transmittal to third-party, foreign also, if it required to fulfill liabilities), anonymization, block, deleting and destruction. Supplier have right to transmit information, including promotional, emails and messages if agreed by User/Customer by action which fully identify this user and allow authoritative determine agreement to receive messages. User/Customer have right to unsubscribe from receiving this info by phone call or email to the shop. Service messages informing User/Customer about purchases and delivery stages are provided automatically and can not be unsubscribed.
5. Supplier have right to use cookies technology. Cookies files are not containing confidential information. Guest/User/Customer hereby give its full consent to collection, analysis and use cookies, including third-parties, for statistical researches and promotion optimisation.
6. Supplier receives IP address of Site www.saigaclub.net Guest. This information will not be used for person identification.
7. Supplier is not responsible for any information popularized by User/Customer at Site.
8. Supplier have right to record phone conversations with User/Customer. Herewith Supplier takes an obligation: to prevent unauthorized access to the information received during phone calls, and/or transmittal this information to third-parties not involved in Purchase processing.
9. Saigaclub takes your privacy very seriously. Saigaclub does not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers.
There are also times when by legal or judicial request we provide your personal information. We also can disclose this information if decide that this is essential for national security, law enforcements or other issues of public importance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any information about products stated at site is for the reference only and could not be assumed as public offer at any time. Technical specifications, supply kit, appearance, color and packing can be changed by manufacturer without prior notice. Please clarify detailed information about product and supply package directly when purchasing.
Warranty and post-warranty service conditions
1. Full warranty:
1.1 Full warranty service will be carried out only during period stated in product description (if not stated – 1 month). Warranty period can be 30 to 50 days.
1.2. Warranty can be claimed in case of failure caused by manufacturer (production defect) and during warranty period.
1.3. In case supplier wish to return proper quality product not having failures or non-conformances, except of stipulated in advance (for example, if you just don’t like this product), return or exchange possibility and conditions will be determined by site administration.
1.4. Delivery cost to service center is on customer. Delivery cost of repaired product is ether on seller (warranty case – see item 1.3) or on customer (non-warranty case – see items 1.5-1.5.8)
1.5. Non-warranty cases are:
1.5.1. Product mismatch identification attributes.
1.5.2. Warranty seals are damaged or pasted anew.
1.5.3. Mechanical or electromechanical damages (cracks, chops, dents, blubs, signs of burnt and soot, teared or burn conductors etc.)
1.5.4. Manufacturer seals damage.
1.5.5. Signs of dust, water, insects or other signs of use of electronic devices in hard conditions.
1.5.6. Signs of opening or unauthorised repair of component or devices, external view changes.
1.5.7. Lost of supply kit components or packing. (Due of this all boxes, bags, laces, papers, manuals, tags etc. should be kept during the entire warranty period)
1.5.8. These products – highly technical commercial goods which are included in the list of nonreturnable in case quality is proper.
1.6. In case of non-warranty return (item 1.3) instead of full warranty service the reduced-price service will be performed (terms and conditions – see items 2.2-2.6).
2. Reduced-price service:
2.1. Reduced-price service period is up to 12 months. It begins next day after full warranty period expires. Or, if no full warranty, reduced-price service period starts same day as full warranty period (see items 1.1-1.2)
2.2. Reduced-price service can be applied as to warranty case product (item 1.3), as to non-warranty case.
2.3. Reduced-price service period is implemented by restoring working conditions of the product in service center at the customer’s expense (including two-ways delivery, parts and labour cost).
2.4. All expenses occurred during reduced-cost service shall be covered by customer before product return.
2.5. Additional expenses not covered by reduced-cost service are not covered by customer.
3. Site administration in not responsible for delivery companies, for lost and damages during parcels delivery. Please make sure that package do not damaged when receive parcel from delivery.
4. Warranty procedure:
4.1. In case of product usage issue due to manufacturer failure (production defect) customer should inform us about it timely and with detailed description of the issue. It is typically that after description of the issue it appears that customer not fully aware about how to use product and we are helping him with it.
4.2. If product is failed then it will be exchanged or repaired according the actual manufacturer warranty. Customer sends faulty product in complete package to the supplier’s service center. Address can be found at “Contacts” tab.
4.3. Product must be returned in complete package (as was received from supplier). Warranty applies to products with production defect, not damaged by incorrect handling, water (galvanic corrosion), heat or other adverse conditions (see items 1.5-1.5.8), that means if parts and devices operating procedures were fulfilled.
4.3.1. In case of sale from the manufacturer or the store, giveaways or other accessory items please clarify what package have to be returned or wait for future instructions.
4.4.1. After the faulty product will be received by provider service center expert assessment will be performed.
4.4.2. If assessment proves the production defect – product will be repaired (or exchanged for new if unrepairable) and will be transmitted to the customer. If assessment uniquely identifies that product was damaged due to improper handling (for example product was disassembled (manufacturer seals damaged) then warranty will be legitimately denied.
4.5. Delivery cost raised by warranty liabilities will be divided next: supplier pays for delivery of repaired product, customer pays for delivery to service center.
