Mount for Flashlight or laser – usually this is a bracket mounter on the barrel or on the Weaver-Picatinny rail. Flashlight bracket usually have 25.4 mm ID, but also can be found 30 mm models.
Mount for flashlight is made from aviation grade aluminum. Because of this it light weight and rigid. With this mount flashlight can be easily installed on the weapon. Allen key, required for the installation, is supplied with the mount. After removal of the top part of the mount (with four screws) you can install flashlight or laser pointer and then tight retaining screws.
Next step – installation on the weapon. Let’s look on Weaver-Picatinny option. At the side there is knurled nut with hole for the Allen key. Loose the nut fully and install mount on the Weaver-Picatinny rail, then hand tight the nut (you can use Loctite) and use Allen key to fully tight knurled nut. Now mount for flashlight is ready.
