Many hunting carbines produced in past century are not equipped with dovetail mount. This rail allow owner to install quick-detachable mount for optical or red-dot scope. Also for dovetail mount there are designed wide variety of mounts and brackets (for tactical flashlight or laser pointer).
Now we have modified AK-47 carbines, known as “Vepr 133, 136” but they are still not equipped with dovetail mount. So owners have to install rails by themselves. This rail is versatile and can be installed on many different hunting guns.
Dovetail mount is made from steel and installs on carbine frame. This rail can be installed on any Russian or foreign made carbine. Installation is easy and straight forward, you have to drill 3 holes in carbine frame and secure rail with bolts and nuts or with rivets.

In the future this rail can be used for any scope with weight less than 2 kg, night vision, for example. Because this rail is fixed to the carbine frame position deviations during shooting are eliminated.
